Utah Social Media Awards officially announced!
Well the party’s at Noah’s in South Jordan on November 6, 2009! Save the date and get your ticket(s) through the Event Tickets link on this site! I wouldn’t wait as there are only seats for about 300 and there are more amazing social media types in Utah than that! (We recognize our own kind!)
In order to have your nomination count, you have to be on the Social Media Club of SLC membership list (if you’re not, sign-up here).
Beginning July 1, 2009, we will accept your nominations. The rules/guidelines are on this site. We thank you in advance for nominating those of us on the planning team and in the current leadership of SMCSLC, although none of us are allowed to be award recipients! (We do like compliments and feel your love!)
Anyone residing in UT/doing business in UT can be nominated. Part of the nomination process is to tell us why you think someone is amazing! As our judges are not from Utah, they will need a glowing recommendation to be moved to granting awards.
This is a good time to explore other social media you have yet to use. Look around and pay attention to the less obvious but effective use of social media by those of us in Utah! (Share something we don’t know!)
