We have selected the state’s only six-time Best of State winner as the caterer for the 2009 Utah Social Media Awards and we’re looking forward to an excellent meal.
Our menu includes:
Honey balsamic roast chicken breast with tomatoes, mushrooms and peppers
Pasta with wild mushroom and Alfredo sauce
Oven roasted vegetables with fresh herbs and olive oil
Mixed baby greens with roasted hazelnuts, apples and cheddar shards
Stone ground mustard and lemon vinaigrette
Fresh mozzarella, Roma tomatoes and basil
House-made specialty breads and rolls
A world class dessert buffet
Citrus water
