We’re Interested in Your Feedback

Please take a few minutes to complete the 10 question survey about the 2009 Utah Social Media Awards.

Your input will guide the Social Media Club of Salt Lake City leadership team and the Utah Social Media Awards planning committee as it makes preparations for the awards program in 2010.

We invite everyone to complete the survey, whether or not you attended the USMAs and whether or not you’re a member of the Social Media Club.
